Terms of sale.
Last updated: 4 October 2026. These terms apply to every order placed on speedystickers.co.uk.
1. Who you're buying from
Speedy Stickers is a trading name of We Are Create & Print Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13896791, registered address Unit A, Doulton Road Trading Estate, Rowley Regis, B65 8JQ). We're VAT-registered (GB 408614307). You can reach us at hello@speedystickers.co.uk.
2. Placing an order
You place an order by uploading your artwork, choosing size and quantity, and paying. The price shown at checkout is the full amount payable including VAT. The contract between us is formed when we email your order confirmation.
Your order is treated as a bespoke, made-to-order product because we print exactly what you upload, at the size and quantity you choose. See section 6 for what that means for cancellations.
3. Your artwork
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every image, logo, and piece of text you upload. We cannot and do not check this. If you print something you don't have the rights to, that's on you, and we may refuse or cancel the order if a rights-holder contacts us.
You keep ownership of your artwork. You grant us a limited licence to use it only to produce, pack, and ship your order, and to show it in a proof. We don't resell, redistribute, or train AI on your files.
We delete uploaded files 90 days after your order ships unless you ask us to keep them for faster reorders.
4. The digital proof
Within a few hours of ordering we send you a digital proof — a picture of exactly what will be printed. You check it and either approve it or ask us to change something. Nothing goes to the printer until you approve.
Once you approve, your order is locked in and goes straight to production. We can't refund or change it after that unless something is actually wrong with what we send you (see section 7).
If you don't reply to a proof within 7 days, we'll send one reminder and then put the order on hold. Orders left on hold for more than 30 days are treated as cancelled, and we'll refund you minus any work already done.
5. Price and payment
Prices on the site are in GBP and include UK VAT. International orders are shipped exclusive of local duties and taxes, which you'll pay on delivery. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Shopify Payments.
6. Cancellation and your 14-day right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online order for a refund. This right doesn't apply to custom-printed stickers, because they're made to your specification and can't be resold.
You can still cancel for free before you approve the digital proof. After you approve the proof and the order enters production, we can't offer a cancellation refund.
7. If something's wrong
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply. If the stickers you receive don't match the approved proof, arrive damaged, or are defective, email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@speedystickers.co.uk with a photo. We'll reprint, replace, or refund in full — your choice. We cover return postage.
We don't refund mistakes you made in your own artwork (typos, wrong colours in the file, cut lines placed somewhere unexpected). The proof is your chance to catch these.
8. Delivery
Most orders print and ship within 24 hours of proof approval. Delivery times after that are shown at checkout and depend on the service you pick. See our Shipping page for details.
You're responsible for providing the right delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address, we'll ask for the correct one and recharge postage.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us exclude. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (missed deadlines downstream, lost sales, lost reputation).
10. Club Points
Our loyalty programme gives you 50% off every seventh order. Points reset after the discount is used. We may change the mechanic with 30 days' notice, but any points you've already earned keep their value.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Orders are governed by the version in force at the time you placed them.
12. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also use your local courts.
