Prices are exclusive of local duties and taxes, which the carrier may charge you on delivery (particularly in the EU, post-Brexit). We can't predict these in advance.
Tracking
Every parcel ships with tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as the label scans — usually within an hour of us dispatching.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll email you for the correct one and recharge postage before resending.
If it's lost or late
UK orders are considered lost after 14 working days from dispatch; international after 30 working days. See our Returns page for how we handle it — short version: we reprint and resend for free.
